Warranty Policy
We provide a 6 month warranty from the original purchase date. If it is determined that your product(s) exhibit any defects due to the manufacturing process, NXTgen Sports Inc. will replace the product(s) at no extra cost.
Our warranty does not cover: Damage from normal play, abuse, or accidents; Fading graphics or any aesthetic alterations that occur with regular/normal use; Regular wear and tear, including surface scratches and markings; Loss or theft of items.
Warranty is only available for the original purchaser. Proof of purchase may be required to submit a warranty claim.
Warranty Claim Process
If you believe your paddle is subject to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please follow these steps: a. Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 6 months of your original purchase. b. Provide the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase, along with a detailed description and photographs showcasing the defect. Our customer service team will review your claim and determine if it qualifies under the warranty policy. d. If approved, we will provide you with a replacement paddle. Please note that we reserve the right to substitute the model based on availability.
Refund Policy
Each customer will have 30 calendar days from the day of delivery to return an item. To receive full credit, all items must be new, unused and contain all original packaging, including plastic wrap and accessories.
All return items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any paddles that are determined to be unacceptable will not be eligible for a return.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred on returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
For order cancellations made before shipping, a 3.5% fee will be applied to cover the costs incurred from the card networks.
Please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed. If approved, a refund will be issued within 7 business days.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure your warranty claim is processed smoothly, please adhere to the following guidelines: a. Properly maintain and care for your pickleball paddle according to our provided instructions. b. Use the paddle in a manner consistent with its intended purpose and within the rules of the game. c. Avoid any actions or activities that may cause damage to the paddle.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective paddle, as determined by our customer service team. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the paddle.
